France has build Greater Napoleon.  I don't think you can get more idioticaly advanced without going superfiring.  What is also possible. France aquired super firing tech from the UKN early 1904 in exchange for chlorine. But I like the Gangut style better.

Russia uses the gangut style. See the picture of "Ne tron menya" russian battleship :)
