Overall it's mostly building of types that are iterations, with the exception of the 3 x Battle-class Escort Carriers to support the slow battle line and other slow ships to free up the fleet carriers, and the Unicorn to support the fleet train and keep the fleet carriers in action across the Pacific for extended tours.  The goal of these classes of ship is to ensure that the limited number of capital-sized carriers the Sultanate can build are at full capacity for as long as possible in any action.
