I agree with Rocky.
Makes me wish I had built a training cruiser. I was thinking of 'retiring' one of my Armored Frigates that way.
Rebuilding as part of the Prebuild is cheap- as it's only BP.

Anyhow, the last ships look good.
Cool. Japan is about ready :)

Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

Desertfox

That should do it for Japanese ships, 4.3 BP left, which I will assume is lost (rounding errors)/used on refits (FC)/spare for minor modifications to the ships as I fix some minor issues.

Sounds good.
Pretty solid fleet in the end, despite the NPC hinderances you had to endure.
I expect it will blossom to cause concern and heartburn for all those in range :)

To be fair, its a lot more balanced and capable of expeditionary missions than if I had been able to build dreadnoughts. Four dreadnoughts would have easily burned up to a third of the available tonnage. Now I have a ton of torpedo boats, cruisers, and auxiliaries to throw at anyone...
