Guinness

Hospital ship: 400 beds on 2000 tons seems awfully crowded. For comparison, Britannic could carry ~3300 wounded, with about 1000 crew and 400 medical staff. She displaced around 52,000 tonnes.

A smaller more recent example is the US Haven class, which were built on maritime Administration C4 hulls. They displaced ~15,000 tonnes full-load and carried 800 patients,

Of course this has always been a problem with our rules, which are weight-centric and don't handle volume-centric constraints terribly well.
