Hello everyone, we have an announcement to make regarding Russia. Guinness has informed us that he does not have the time currently to dedicate to the game as much as is necessary to keep a major power like Russia running smoothly. As such, he will be stepping back from being an active player at this point in time. We wish him all the best and hope that he is able to return in some capacity at a later date. To that end, we have offered Russia to Alikchi in lieu of his proposed Andean Confederation and he has accepted. As of this post, Alikchi is now the Russian player. Please catch him up on all dealings you have had with Russia as soon as you can. All hail Czar Alikchi!
You smug-faced crowds with kindling eye
Who cheer when solider lads march by
Sneak home and pray that you'll never know
The hell where youth and laughter go.
-Siegfried Sassoon

Alikchi

Hello folks! I'll be taking some time to familiarize myself with what Guinness has been up to but hope to have Russian sim reports and news for you relatively soon.

The Rock Doctor

Sorry about Guinness, but not surprising.

Congrats to Alikchi.

Sorry to loose you Guinness,
Good to see you again Alikchi
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

Darman

Very sorry to see you step down, Guiness.  You're one of the the staples.  But its always good to see someone new stepping forward, welcome Alikchi!

Welcome to the game Alikchi pay no attention to the efforts of a certain Chief of the General Staff in Berlin or his work titled, Großer Ost Aufmarsch.
