Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

Kaiser Kirk

It seems a pretty good little vessel.
I'll confess it considerably outclasses the 350t Italian DD's I was considering, so if you go forward with it, I'll need to go with a 500t class as well.

I have a little concern with the 4x 100mm + 2x twin TT.  Each of those guns has to be about 5m for clearance, you do have 1 superimposed, and then those TT will run 6-7m long and need some clearance at both ends to turn. So you need 30-35m of length just to clear your weapons. Then you need bow and stern clearance, room for superstructure, boats, and funnels.
The comparable vessel seems to be the RN's River class of 1904, but wiki only has pictures, no deckplan to see how things fit in.

Oh, and I'm puzzled by your torpedoes. 2.4tons for 4 mean... 0.6tons each?
our torpedo tech puts them either at 0.5 tons or 1 ton.
Torpedo Technologies
1890: 800m@26kts range, 50kg warhead (-1 dam.), compressed air 0.5t, 16" dia.
1890: 1200@26, 400@35, 100kg warhead (+0 dam.), compressed air 0.5t, 16"
1899: 3000@26, 1500@30, 100kg warhead(+0 dam.), early wet heater 1t, 18"
1905: 5000@26, 2200@35, 100kg warhead, imp. wet heater, 1t, 18"

I could use turbines techno for 1905H2. So, with TE, this class is just a study.

I prefer Torpedo / Escort /Patrol / colonial gunboat
