Accelerated research rules

In all honesty, Im leaning to leaving the system as is. Its becoming rather apparent to me that adding provisions for advanced research will just create more problems then the current system has without really adding much to the game.

Which has been my point more or less all along  :P Honestly the only system I realy see working is the +2 -2 System... and it causes to much hate and discontent.
