That's a problem for me - forts are the vast majority of my army expenses.

Take a look at the German spreadsheet, looks like Nobody's added a Fortifications page that you could use as a starting point.  The US, being totally NOT focused on fortifications other than coast defenses, can't help directly in this matter.

There were mild math errors in the posts above - I've corrected them.

I can't say I like how the spreadsheet looks when you guys paste it into posts here, so I'm going to stick with my format for the post, and attach the spreadsheet for those of you who want to double-check my numbers.
