well we are planing to move at a somewhat more reasonable pacr than N3... Turns will be one month long, and I for one will be happy to have a neighbor who isnt making Sacrifices to "The Blood God"

Perhaps but I was the 'crusader' and some times partner of the 'blood thirsty one.'

Any diplomatic to be aware of with respect to Europe that have been worked out and are public?

Not realy, we have talked about a few things but as far as I know nothing is final just yet.
