       Looks like an ABX layout to me, with the superfiring turret......

Carthaginian

No superfiring till 1910; main gun turrets can be deck level only.
So 'ere's to you, Fuzzy-Wuzzy, at your 'ome in old Baghdad;
You're a pore benighted 'eathen but a first-class fightin' man;
We gives you your certificate, an' if you want it signed
We'll come an' 'ave a romp with you whenever you're inclined.

Walter

Actually, looking around, Kaiser Friedrich III, an 1895 vessel, has a superfiring turret forward, so I would say that it should be allowed, as long as it does not do so over another main gun turret.

Secondaries can superfire over primaries; if ship is used as an example/justification, then it seems that the reverse could be true.

However, main gun turrets cannot superfire over main gun turrets until after the start of the game in '3910.'
I will say that i will build no vessels with superfiring turrets for some time.

It could be that main guns superfiring secondaries was extremely rare or perhaps even unique and that this class is the only one that has this particular layout. I was thinking of using it as the pic kinda stood out, but if you prefer that I don't, then I will use a more conventional main gun layout.

NO problems with it- in fact I encourage such oddballs

Thanks. :)

Looking back at Jef's AC3... At 15000 tons, it would require 28 months to build according to the rules. Since it is a 1909 vessel, doesn't that mean that, according to section 3.01 of the Agreement Upon Limitations For Naval Vessels, it will have to be scrapped as it is is less than 50% complete on January 1, 3910?

Very fast, will prove useful after 1910 in a lot of ways.  Belt height's perhaps a bit low.

Well, it is a cruiser and not a battleship...

Belt height and hull-wave interaction might do some nasty things at high speed.
Aside from that...
DAMN FINE SHIP.
