Can anyone decode this one? Made it a whole lot harder...

Sure just as soon as you tell me what language its in... I can read the code but its a language I obviously dont know.  but it says.

What Romanians couldnt just use ROMANIAN...  Serisously mail me what language its in im not a language expert

I just use a morse code decoding program.  I learned Morse in Boy Scouts but that was over 30 years ago.
