So, I'm fleshing out the Khazaks (or as Rocky would refer to them as, the Boratistanis). Here's the entire current component of their Navy. For this purpose I've assumed the 47mm hotchkiss qf gun is ubiquitous so even the Khazaks have it, and the 75mm is the Russian model from 1892.

I haven't posted any reports from them yet, but by my numbers they have 5 of these in service.

Thank you. I must note that I was going to gift them and the Nigerians a 8'' single turret. I can design a ship with it for them if you want.

I'm not sure Khazaria's neighbors (and former rulers) the Russians would be down with that. About all it would be useful for is shelling Russian towns.

EDIT: It also occurs to me that just getting an 8" armed ship to Khazaria would be a major undertaking.

TexanCowboy

Ok... thats bad.... Meanwhile, I think that Bushranger fleshed out a Nigerian fleet a while back at this link http://www.navalism.org/index.php?topic=1183.0

Step 1.
Build really big crane.

Step 2.
Build really big net.

Step 3.
Build really big catapult.

Step 4.
Load ship on catapult with crane, aim at net...
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

They have a type 1 port, I think. Transfer through land the plans, bribe Persia with the plans as well.
