Just saying, most of that is still a dream unless you invest considerable amounts of money from the military budget.

While Yantai is not mine (I looked at the wrong map). And the map you pointed out Phoenix is also wrong. According to the RRC-MK border split (Han Shui - Yangstze - Qinling) I also hold provinces Hupei, Szechwan, Yunnan, and even the bottom-half of Honan.

To Answer CT - No this is not purely military. In fact these is mostly civilian. But IRL China didn't have any rail in the civilian sector to. They had I think only about ~3,000 km of rail even in WW2.

Most of it is NOT a dream. A good deal if it is very, very possible. You haven't even heard me say I will or will not be drawing into my military budget.

Logi, to make it clear, this is the map the moderators use for the MK/RRC split.

By carefull comparisation on Google Maps, I as moderator, came to the conclusion that the coastal borderpoint is between Yingzi(RRC) and Hanjia (MK).

From that point the border goes direct west for 300 km (50 km east of Shangqui-MK), and then almost direct south for 600 km, Wulinqiao(bordertown, RRC). West to Zhongyang Shan (RRC bordertown) and then up north to Lushui(RRC river town). This leaves the DKB Enclave 80 km north of the RRC border.
From Lushui it's back west -in a southwards dropping line to- Chongqing (bordertown), to drop south to Long co(3 bordertown) at the Indochinese border.

Any remarks on this rough guideline, please PM the moderators.

My only quam is that when I was given the RRC I was told the border was Han Shuio River - Yanstze River - Qinling Mountains. That is not covered in that map.

The Qinling Mountains go across the province of Hunnan in that map.

Your Total Military and Civilian Budgets for the $5 Year period is $1100 if you just pay maintenance your still short roughly $475 but Heck thats close so your not doing bad.  When you fail blame it on lack of investment by Imperiailist nations and thier plot to slow the growth of the Economy so that it does not meet projected Growth rates.  ;)

Definetly Us Imperialist Bastards are the spawn of Satan because we invest heavily in our own Nations...
