Don't trust the Italians, they're mean. The CSA tries to rip you of, I'm the only honest player here! :D Er Russia is nice, I think :-\

You'd have been better off with Japan. Just look at the great and legendary Japanese planes that will appear in the 'near' future. :D
QuoteI'M NEGOITIATING WITH THE SWISS AND RRC AT THE SAME TIME. BAD THING ARE BOUND TO OCCUR.
Good thing that both nations are far away, though the Chinese could still march their army across Asia into Europe to pay you a visit. :)

Logi

If I don't crush the Japs first :D

Awww, its not so bad. The RRC's adopted a live-and-let-live attitude to the Swiss.

Runs off to Xplane to see if this thing can even be made to work (and how big a pain in the ass it will be to fly if I can make it work).  Ill let yall know how many times I crash in the first 2 hours

The  question  about the Romanian jet in the real world is its a beautiful concept utilizing a light engine to provide the thrust one could have gotten out of a much larger and heavier engine.  The problem is and always will be the Exhaust will set paper and Fabric and Wooden planes on fire great care will be needed to keep the exhaust away from the flight surfaces for years to come.

In addition Like all jet Engines it is inherently going to eat fuel like one has never seen in a conventional say 130 HP Rohan Rotary engine.   The Jet might have the same performance as a Rotary or Inline Engine of twice its own horse power but its flight time is going to be well less then 1/4.

As much as the Empire is into getting the best planes it possibly can I would have to pass on this aircraft for anything other then a short range point defense fighter.

I think your absolutly right Ctw, but it never hurts to play around with it.  the Issues I realy see are Heat, and fuel useage.  Proly not somthing Rohan is going to be interested in but meh its fun to mess with.

Oh exactly... I do see the Empire interested in examining this engine and studying its potential.... and then discarding it for something useful.... :o

I have the plane about 70% built, I could fly it as is and may tomorow.  All I realy have left is detail work and messing aorund with weight distribution (which I realy cant do till I try to fly it)

If it fails to crash, then you have not made a proper version of it. ;D

After extensive testing, lets just say I wouldnt want to be among the first 20 test pilots on it...
