The RRC ship designers have gotten a little to far ahead of themselves (Oh no we're not seeing another H44 class are we?)

The ambious designers have created this design for a SBB - super battleship - that includes technology not yet obtained such as quadruple turrets and the like.

You just cannot get the superfiring gun count right.
Also, you might want to reduce the extent of the main belt. Better to have a bulkhead than the weight of a  18' high 15" thick armor plate at the extremities.
With 22' freeboard and 8' decks you have decks at 6' and 14' above WL. So your main belt depth should be (with 7' BWL portion) either 13' or 21'. Reducing armored belt length to ~600' would free up the weight for 21' high belt - your decks might be higher than 8'. Further reduction of MB length might give you tonnage for an end belt of reduced height and thickness.

Well, assume you need 1m3 for each shell+propellant (0.5mx0.5mx4m) and service spaces in the magazine. That'd be 1600m3. Which translates into a brick of 20mx5mx16m, so there should be enough space in a ship 36m wide 11m draft and 210m length.
