Italian South Africa should have only 1 IC - it had zero 1914H1.
And your IC does not add up.

IC vertically adds up to 59 ...

Also, you can spend only $6 on infra projects, not 7.5.

1.  In http://www.navalism.org/index.php?topic=2004.msg21398#msg21398
Italian South Africa had 1 IC Ive added one since Tan owned it... I transfer the form from a spread sheet to an HTML encoded format and mistakes are going to happen. If one of the 1914 reports shows Italian South Africa with 0 IC then Ive evidently robbed my self of several $ in Income.
2.  Yes Borys I appear to have not updated the total IC on my HTML formated turn report in several year :)
3.  The Mods are aware why I spent 7.5 $ on a project that should only cost $ 5 in one HY.  Its because +50% cost for 1/3 build time ??????

After deliberation, Rocky and me agreed on the "50% more $, 1/3 less build time" rule on prestige/state important projects should be applicable to most projects requested by any player.
