No No No .... Absoloutely no ropes I clearly specified oil fired boiler this will not be a mixed sail vessel. ::) ;D

All kidding aside how do I get rid of the superfiring from the deck mounts with hoists mounted along the side of the ship....???????

In SS ,under guns third bracket,Above /below freeboard ,write zero(0),above freeboard superfiring,below freeboard "hull-casematts" :)

I'd try deepening the draught a little to help this.

I'd probably drop the turrets and go w/ deck mounts w/ hoists. As you've only got 1" splinter protection on them the extra weight of having them is not worth it IMO.
