Seems like it was intended to be a pair of triples with a pair of superfiring doubles.
The numbers just seem to be messed up.

Also, she's got absolutely no deck armor.

I'm pretty sure that P3D would let you re-do it.

Agreed.  Given that the hull strength is only around 0.8, I think you'd need to chop the armament considerably or make it a deeper hull...

SS3 shows promise, but as noted it's in beta and not all its new features (including a few of the most important ones, i.e. improved resistance calculations) have been activated yet.
