NS will NOT be sending anything. I want to make sure that if something goes BOOM during the wedding NS is not blamed for it.

... which would translate as "NS will be sending a special team of commandos in order to kidnap/assassinate all those present at the wedding." :)

The Rock Doctor

Given the advanced notice (and an invitation), President Rey Alizandro will attend the wedding.  After that, he'll probably visit a few other European capitals, since he doesn't get over that way too often.

swamphen

The Reich extends its heartiest congratulations to the new couples, and hopes that the International Situation will be such as to permit members of the House of Hohenzollern* to attend.

* - Rumania not included. Limited time offer. Not valid in all areas...

Borys

All monarchs invited and Rey Alizandro too.
Republics will be represented by their Envoys to the Imperial-and-Royal Court at Vienna.
Protocol problems with Gra Colombian status.
Reigning monarchs receive 21 gun salutes, presidents of republics - 19.
Gra Colombian Presidential Office was quietly asked if a 20 gun salute is acceptable.

The Rock Doctor

The Presidential Office would probably reply that twenty-one guns ought to be fired, but it's not as if Rey is likely to be counting...

Walter

What about the presence of personal guards? Are they allowed? Are they not allowed? A limited number allowed?

Limited.
Discrete.
What do the Exotic Guests have in mind exactly?

Limited. No problem.
Discreet... Well, a bit hard when they look like this... :D
(if it works... Pictures taken from the Five Star Stories Anime. Couldn't find anything useful on the net regarding the Mirage Knights, nor can I scan them from my Five Star Stories Manga as the scanner is not operational at the moment)

Given certain recent events, should Kaiser Bill be able to attend you can be assured he will have some...'protection'.

Killing royals is traditionally a very bad idea.

The Kingdom of Rohan will be able to send a member of the royal line to the wedding, though Theocro King will not be able to attend.  The Lady (name to be entered tomorrow when I can copy paste) will arive on the (warship to be selected later) on (date to be determined).

P3D

Why would it be? Royalty is as legitimate target as it gets. If their navy cannot defend the Kaiser going on unnecessary and risky voyages tying down important vessels the navy could use better, then they should not have started a war at the first time.
The first purpose of a warship is to remain afloat. Anon.

I think (though I could be wrong) that he refers to the consequences of such acts as seen in the past. They might be minor (killers caught and die horrible death) or major (World War I).
I would think that if the Swiss managed to Kill Bill, then the DKB won't rest until New Switserland is utterly destroyed, even if it kills a million and bankrupts the nation.

swamphen

Precisely - remember that the Brandenburgian populace is already in an uproar over the recent attempt on the Kaiser's person - the yellow press made sure to paint it as Swiss treachary. Should the Kaiser actually die, the Swiss will wish for the Dragon Lady to come and save them...

....but of course it's all academic, as, as I mentioned, the Kaiser's appearance is only possible, on the assumption/hope/expectation that the war might be over by then. If not, then alternate plans might have to be made.
