For tech trade inquiries you'd rather use PM.

By that it would work better or the moderators would rather I used PM's?

He probably means that people can communicate more privately and carefully via PM's, and that it's a more secure form of negotiation.

PM or posting on the board. I would think that would really depend on how the nation is. Reading that bit, it clearly shows that Iberia has no secrets in regards of what it is looking for. It is pretty much a "This is what we want, guys. We appreaciate your assistance" attitude towards the rest of the world. :)

Imports and exports of weapons was and is part of the economic and political scene.  Some deals would be hidden and others open.  Nothing I am looking I think needs to be hidden.  I expect a number of people have these tech items; its a question of would any of said people / nations be willing to make some extra cash.

I'm a behind the scenes fixer myself, but I don't mind if somebody does it openly. It is just unusual, that's all.

To any interested party available in the Philippines are the following dry docks and up to 4 BP of capacity for repair work in 1909 H1.  The Iberian Yards have experience with foreign designs.  Terms are highest bidder plus $2 dockyard use surcharge and at least $1 per BP.

Type 3, Dry-dock 220 meters/721 feet   Manila (Phillipines)
Type 2, Dry-dock 170 meters/557 feet   Manila (Phillipines)
Type 2, Dry-dock 170 meters/557 feet   Subig  (Phillipines)
Type 1, Dry-dock 120 meters/393 feet   Subig  (Phillipines)

Also would be willing to accept bids for other sales including construction of entire warships or just steel.  Contact your nearest Iberian Embassy Business Attaché for more details.

OOC The funny thing is, I ran the numbers and I just don't have enough money to do what I want.  I need cash to pay for more infrastructure and other things; at least $10 a turn of things that need cash but not as much BP.  :(  I wonder if other people will find the same thing?

P3D

Yes, cash will be more difficult to come by.

Changes the markets into something approaching normal perhaps?

QuoteShip cost does not have to be played in advance, at laying down.

With this now being the case, it appears I can make use of all my BP.  However, binging on torpedo-boats would be a problem.
