I noticed that it's suddenly December,

I am going to punt expansion until the 10th

With people potentially potentially more busy in the Holiday Season,
this might be a time to have a 'longer' turn,
and have the next "due" the last week of January.

Thoughts?

That sounds good to me.

If that's what folks need/want, that's fine.

NPCs :
China expands in Borneo, seizing the central jungle areas no one else wanted.

The Berbers expand 3 in West Africa.

The Norse claim 3 in North America.

PCs :

Parthia, who took 1920.0 off,  occupies the last of New Zealand, Moves 2 inland in Kenya, Claims 3 inland of the Guinea Kingdoms, Expands north of Ria, and with Salt Lake IC built in 1920.0, expands onto the Great Plains in 2 provinces. - 9 land/Dep

I'm done in Africa, and almost done in general, believe it or not.

Parthia is mostly done.
I want to link up to the Norse.
Pregame, I expected an Alliance or Understanding with Walter.
There were some Dynastic marriages, and I wanted to add another.

Otherwise, I want to pick up what's inside my borders.

I will actually be abandoning 2 provinces in Africa, along the Wilno Border.
The 4x4 region construction means they would be a region of 2.
Bleh.

NPC wise,
So the Berbers will probably get that.
The Ethiopians should be ready to close in,
The Norse will keep going until they run into folks.
I don't know how long Maddox will be on hiatus,
I may start infilling the Inca.

I really have to consider offloading Decca's territories to China,
to make China a slightly more interesting long-term position.
