Very nice - very balanced design - everyone will want one :)
Minor queries:
Seaboat seems bit high vs. stab + stdness more modest - any way to shift the emphasis - personally I think they are both more useful on Big ships
Is Belt sloped ? - if not another 20-30mm would be good for future proofing vs. Big Boys with 15"
Took some compromise, mostly added weight and lower L/B, but managed 1.10/70/1.22 for stability/steadiness/seakeeping..which is basically my goal each time.

She grew a little more as mission creep crawled up on me. However...very capable of lasting a long time as the eyes of the fleet (At least until CVs take over in ~20yrs). As to the float plane, I'll have 1914 historical AC by the time this is laid down, and in the mean time I'll be working on "testing" IC to 'see' if it works.

Typo. If you add up the Misc weight listed it comes out to 450t. So, 20t for 20 1t 1908 50cm torpedoes. Plus another 30t for the reserve.

I should have suspected that when the total was under 500 tons.
