Amethyst, AD-04, laid down 1898, refitted 1914 - to Hapsburgers, 1917
Triton, AD-05, laid down 1900, refitted 1915 - to Hapsburgers, 1917
Original specs are 2,500 t, 13.5 knots - probably modernized version of the Malachite class. Triton originally a dedicated submarine tender, hence different nomenclature.

Rubi Class Depot Ship
(http://img53.imageshack.us/img53/2538/gctendsmallet9.png)
The Rubi class tenders primarily built with submarine support in mind; existing tenders built by the then-Island Commonwealth Navy are small, old, and not really adequate for the task.
Of note, the tenders employ refurbished machinery stripped out of the protected cruiser Puerta Espana. A 20% refit cost to the machinery has been factored into the building cost of the ship overall.
Two units planned for 1913 and a third for 1914.

Jade Class Depot Ship
The Jade class depot ships are intended to support small deployments of mixed forces - sloops, patrol boats, submarines - which might be deployed to a relatively quiet and/or unimportant port. The mixed bunkerage reflects the differing small craft which might be allocated to her - coal, oil, and diesel.
A run of at least four are anticipated, as the three larger Rubi-class depot ships have ended up being devoted solely to support of Colombian submarine squadrons.
The ship is designed with 1912-generation turbines, there being little practical benefit to the (theoretically, in-character) more expensive new 1916-generation turbines.
