That is difficult to have a correct BC with 26kts in 169m.

A good ship

Looks okay.  At that point, you're not far off from the next engine tech, so it might be useful to consider a variant with 1916 engine year.

Good point. Will have to see what happens. Right now this is just another in the long line of ideas for the next capital ships. I'm tossing around 6 diff versions of Trituradora, this, and the other BB posted in the other thread. My head hurts.... :-\

It's to be expected.  I usually go through ten or twenty variants of a major ship type before I settled on a final design.  Sometimes I end up using a spreadsheet to compare them all (and so I can keep straight which is which).

Frankly, I don't see much improvement of the 1916 version over the previous one. I don't think the 3 knots merit 5,500 more tonnes of steel.

Well the main and upper belts and the casemates are thicker by 1" each, the deck armor is .5" thicker, the TDS is .25" thicker and goes from the kiel to the weather deck, there is 1 more MB rifle and they are in triples instead of twins for one less turret. She also has more stability and steadiness for a loss of 0.01 seakeeping.  :P
