TO-DO:

Repost and reformat all of what Borys has saved for me (so that I can edit it in the future). Have a mod clean up all of Borys' stuff when I'm done. Archive everything elsewhere as well.

Set up diplomatic relations, economy, etc.

Finalize my 1905 builds.

I suppose Borys mentioned it to you that forts are expensive to maintain.

Well, I gathered it from the title of the thread he posted.. if I have to downgrade them I will, but I'm not going to take them down that much. They're integral.

Sim ships built in 1904-1905 period
Test budget to see what extent of forts is possible
Finalize research goals (300mm? Turbines? Torps? etc)
