Borys is just establishing claims on a North Sea port. And all towns starting with Ha and ending with Burg should belong to Austria. Including Habichtsburg.
The first purpose of a warship is to remain afloat. Anon.

"Yeep!" is right. :)

First thing to do is to see where all those real world SEs would end up...

A few I forgot. No idea about those NZ SEs.

Australian Stock Exchange (Australia, 1871)
Bendigo Stock Exchange (Australia, 1860s)
New Zealand Exchange Limited (New Zealand, 1970, existed as a number of regional stock exchanges during the Gold Rush of the 1870s)

The Rock Doctor

I think in most cases, you'd only have one stock exchange with international significance - the rest would likely be venture exchanges that only local investors dabbled in.  I'm guessing the Bendigo, Australia one, for example, was probably limited to small gold mining operations.

Walter

I don't know about the 'small' bit, but I do get the impression that it is heavily gold oriented.
Same would be true for the "New York Cotton Exchange" and the "Coffee, Sugar and Cocoa Exchange" from the US.
Yes, there are a lot of Stock Exchanges around this time, but I think quite a few are like those pre "New Zealand Exchange Limited" Stock Exchanges. That they are regional Stock Exchanges.
