TBH I'm amazed how fast the average light cruiser in Navalism is. I don't really plan on going faster than 27 knots before 1918.

At least I have a reason for my ships to be fast, trying to be ahead of the bunch, but again its like big ships, someone builds one and then evryone else has to have one.
