A bunch of colonial IC are completed. 

More importantly, I pay $125 to correct the costs of domestic IC #76 to 100, which were underpriced at $20 and should have been $25.  This shows up in the miscellaneous row towards the bottom of the economics sheet.

Three domestic IC under construction now cost $30, yuck, but I've already started them so will just keep at them until done. 

Some guns are finished.

The last of the Rajtar class AC are finished.  A few submarines are started in addition to the usual ongoing programming.

Picked up a couple of fort points for my enclaves.
