I was looking at my old Pirate class for conversion to TB, as you have so many of the those.
Unfortunately re-engining them adds up $ quickly, so I expect I will just refurbish and rearm.
But that means they can't fit ASW.

It is a category I just do not counter terribly well, though I do expect to draft my gunboats
into service if needed, and those do match up.
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

QuoteI was looking at my old Pirate class for conversion to TB, as you have so many of the those.
Unfortunately re-engining them adds up $ quickly, so I expect I will just refurbish and rearm.
But that means they can't fit ASW.

It is a category I just do not counter terribly well, though I do expect to draft my gunboats
into service if needed, and those do match up.

Byzance has:
92 DD from 1000t to 1700t - speed 30kts mini. (Fleet Destroyers).
122 TB from 400t to 840t - speed 28kts to 29kts. (Coastal Torpedo Boats).
78 TGB from 500t to 800t - speed 25 to 26kts. (Colonial Torpedo Gun Boats).
