What no Pancho Villa? Oh wait its not 1910 yet!

No Mexico in which to have oppression of the Mexican pesants = no Poncho.
So 'ere's to you, Fuzzy-Wuzzy, at your 'ome in old Baghdad;
You're a pore benighted 'eathen but a first-class fightin' man;
We gives you your certificate, an' if you want it signed
We'll come an' 'ave a romp with you whenever you're inclined.

Maybe Pancho will prove to be a pro-labor agitator in Gran Colombia.

Italia's envoy, and the ship carrying his party, are certainly welcome to use Gran Colombia's Darien Canal.  Although the trip from Europe into the Caribbean and up the west coast of the Americas won't necessarily tell the envoy much about the Pacific War, there's far less chance of being shot at during the voyage.

Well being from Durango historically, he would still be from the northern part of what was the Anahuac Empire not all that long ago.  He would be 30 years old now in Navalism.

Prime time fo old Poncho to start making trouble, wherever he may be. :)

HMMM prehaps a Folower of the old ways eh...
"He either fears his fate too much,
Or his desserts are small,
Who dares not put it to the touch,
To win or lose it all!"

James Graham, 5th Earl of Montrose
1612 to 1650
Royalist General during the English Civil War

In which case, the Riders of Rohan will ensure he receives a rub-out.  :D

Italian envoys are welcome to visit Brandenburgia; using the port at Neue-Königsberg might be wise, as it is the furthest away from any combat zones.

The Rock Doctor

With the conference due to happen in early July - may I suggest one of the participants start a thread for it?  Then we can get on with it.

I'll work on that tomorrow as I should have all day to work on things.
