Looking to the Future..

I have most of June off for vacation,
but my schedule is currently fairly open starting in July.

In the past that was a signal for a new problem(s) to fall out of the sky and fill up that free time.
Or we've had a war.
Either way my plans to advance the behind the scenes stuff has fallen victim to a sudden lack of time & energy.

IF not, it may be a decent time to do several things
1. Initiate the sandbox fights Fox suggested.
2. Have a discussion over which rules are missing (DD conversions), broken, or folks feel are being applied really badly. This would not be  a fundamental rewrite, but a focused tinkering.
3. Update the various NPC fleets in prep for the next war.

Somewhat like your Archer AC vs. the old Iberian PD
except ...just hypothetical.

Battles separated from the main game history.
Moderated by either a player or myself,
but not "Real".

So Wilno and Japan could agree on a scenario,
say a convoy defense, or a cruiser skirmish, or a meeting engagement
with X tons of ships each.
Then someone would moderate it, perhaps I, or perhaps Snip/Tac/Jefgte.

Sandbox sounds fun. I'd like to test our fleets without having to write up a real war.  See what works and what doesn't.

I will take this opportunity to work on the Mayan fleet to advance until 1926.
