In the processing of this colony count, I noted that Parthia's auxilary fleet tonnage had not budged despite building more vessels.
Examination prooved that the 'sum' did not cover the entire aux fleet tonnage.
I have had a stern talk with that player and the missing maintenance funds will be paid for in HY1, 1925.

Results :
Those that can...mostly do.

Wilno grabs the last two territories that are Rome-adjacent.  Inca-Adjacent.
In one, they find the Inca advancing, but with much fist waving, the Inca withdraw.
The Inca, having paused to digest their expansion, resume their slow efforts.

The Parthians, having set aside 9 troops for absorbing new provinces, are vaguely embarrassed to find a 10th sitting forlornly in Brazil, feeling neglected and overlooked.

The United Berbers consolidate their holdings.

The Japanese continue being scornful of the wastelands of Northern Alaska.

I will revise the above map tonight.
I got an expansion message from Rocky, and so did that.
...except it was from Snip, not Rocky...
So I have to fix that.

Well, I had presumed Japan would be taking that bit of Alaska....but if they aren't, I'll have to put that in the cards.   That's good fishing grounds up there, and I'm about to build some more ice-capable ships anyway.

Colonizing Alaska without a port will require either access through the Japanese, or artificial harbor technology.
