In 1918 the Iberians will need a new fleet destroyer.

They will need it to be 1000-1500 tons,
Smaller is an asset as they need to replace a lot of ships.
It is possible that a "Med / Island" and a "Fleet" design could be chosen.
The fleet design will need to cross up to 4400+nm across the open sea

This is where the French style 2 big gun design could work.
Main guns can be 155L50 deck M&H, 140L45 - deck, M&H
Those both are heavy shells and so M&H is preferred.

Alternately, a 120L50 M&H, Deck, and 105L50 M&H, Deck are available.

The only AA gun is the 90L50 AA in both M&H and D.

It will need the following Misc Wt :
15tons Enchanced Hydrophones, 6+ tons DC
4t Paravanes
0t SR radio - LR optional.
Did they beat the drum slowly,
Did they play the fife lowly,
Did they sound the death march, as they lowered you down,
Did the band play the last post and chorus,
Did the pipes play the flowers of the forest

Ok, I just want a tiny bit of clarification on 2 points.

1)  you said 1000 to 1500t, smaller preference.   1000t is the floor then, not a 900 tonner?

2)  what's the torpedo size available?  21in, 21in HW, 24in?
