I wouldn't.  Not at this point.  I mean, if you have oil access, it's just better all around for so many reasons.  If you want to have a coal 'reserve', do 20 percent coal firing, that's enough boilers/fuel to give you a bit of cruising range on coal to get back to an oiler or oil supply using commercial coal stocks.
