I approve of these. They're basically counters to the Aztec DDs of about that same generation, mine being the Scimitar class and having just slightly more speed and 1 more gun but of a smaller caliber along with 2 extra torpedoes. This particular ship makes perfect sense....and now the GTB-Z class makes a lot more sense as well as besides its duties as a torpedo boat in modern warfare, it would be able to hunt and kill these ubiquitous older Mayan destroyers, something that the RAN would plan for as a matter of course.

I try to build a coherent and dissuasive fleet with 250,000t and simplified technos. Our "Great Kaiser" defined the Aztecs and Wilno as hostile powers for Mayas.

The amount of tonnage devoted to various architectures will vary on the national character of that nation.

I gave Jefgte a reference point for tonnage, so and the Mayans do like destroyer sized vessels, so his number may be appropriate.
