What's the orientation on the TTs, if I'm reading correctly that they're underwater and therefore fixed?

Do they have an internal reload system or is that something done operationally with divers between engagements?

Actually I think the speed itself makes sense.  The RAN after all is running 30kt cruisers at that time, and by 1915 no cruisers in the RAN do less than 26kts.
