It is refreshment for the equatorial and tropical zones.
No real heating to go to the seals.

South Georgia has shitty weather but it seems to have some decent harbours.

I just assumed from the shading that it was Parthian, but I guess it was actually just poor economic value.

What to do, what to do...

That said, on the final map it will likely be Rajasthan, as I forgot about the 4000nm range , and Rajasthan has a colony in range.

Thats because seals aren't native to the Caicos and they weren't any happier to be there than the Romans
