That was 1912, I think.

So the Union and the Incans entered the territory, agreed it should remain neutral, and then only the Union actually withdrew?

Different interpretation, semantics.

I believe our correspondence on the border issue was quite clear on what had been agreed to, but so be it.

Fight! Fight! Fight!
I have no interest in fighting, stress or things I don't enjoy.

Oh, note that the Green Devil reserve in SW Colombia - a little blob of fertile land between the Incans and the Vilnius Union - got colored Incan grey.  It should, unless things have changed, still be unclaimed.

I think it's easily spotted in the 1/15 map.

So, The issue here is a simple one,

We all have 'real life' disrupt our bucolic sim of brutal conquest.
I try to make accommodations for folks when that is occurring.

The Incan player wishes to participate, but is very busy with "Real Life", and so asked me to make the expansion choices for him.

Since I was unaware a particular spot was to be unoccupied, I expanded the Inca into it.

I can unexpand the Inca into it and pick a different location if that's what is desired.

It is at worse, a Mod error.

Question,

I know Fox was disappointed to miss out,
Snip apparently forgot.

I did post on Jan 15th, that this was coming,

Should I go back to PM'ng everyone to announce it's open?

We are past the "Scramble for Ports" so it's hardly as important as it was,
but it's doable.

A PM reminder may be helpful, yes.

Desertfox

A PM would definitely help. I did remember you mentioning the 22nd and I was watching out for the thread, but for some reason it never showed up as a new post, and no one posted on it. So I assumed something had happened and it had been moved back, until I saw your PM.

On The Incan Expansion
For the HY2, 1915 Final Map/resources, I will have them expand elsewhere than the treaty province.
IF the Inca choose to expand there, it should be by explicit direction from the Incan player.

Interesting, as I made this thread on the 22nd.
I was late getting to it, and thought about being lazy and deferring to the 23rd, but prioritized it to be timely
-but added the day to the timeline as it went up late on the 22nd.

I do think I have figured out the Midnight thing - the first couple of expansions I made the deadline Midnighte GMT - or 4pm PST.
However, since I don't get off work until 5:30pm PST, I changed that to when I get home, effectively adding 2 hours.

As it's not a ton more work, so I'll add an announcement PM to my "Expansion To Do" lists.

Here are the End HY2 1915 Revealed Resources Map, and it's associated "National Holdings Start HY1 1916".

Changes :
1) The erroneous Mod-caused Incan territory has been flipped to the East, in accordance with Maddox's "surround and digest" approach.
2) I noticed that I misread the Congo provinces, and had put "Poor" markers in two Iberian territories that should not have them .  I have corrected that.
Spoiler alert - guess what's next door.
3) I have been wrestling with my failure to put Brisbane in the "Right place".
I have decided to add it to the map.
This is a small bonus for Foxy, saving him $5, but I was thinking of giving him a bonus for his help with the Norse, Aztec set up, and particularly Incan Turns.....have I said thanks? Thanks !

Storylines, trade routes, future blockades, where the port symbols are, and what they mean for trade, will continue to matter even after folks build small harbors with IC elsewhere.
Brisbane should be on the map. Not having it on the map because I put it in the wrong province...my fault, I should fix. So I've done so.
