I may be incorrect, but I believe that in HY1,1914 I not only expanded to finish up the Baja, but I also expanded one further up on the inland side as well, putting me 1 away from the Arizona and NM border in that area...which incidentally would fill up Baja province and thus the reason why I was starting Arizona province to the North with San Diego.

Rock - You did grab Lookout mountain last turn.

Tac - in HY1, 1914 you grabbed the rest of Baja peninsula, and advanced up the Gulf of California to the Port Symbol. You did not expand there in HY2 1914.
