Roman-Aztec War adjustments :
Aztecs captured as Prizes 50,000 tons of Roman shipping, destroyed the docks and fuel stocks at Nassau, in addition to sinking the Deployment point that took shelter from the storm there.
Rome will be assessed -0.75$ for the shipping, -$0.75 for the cargo, -0.5 for insurance rates, and -$1 to fix Nassau.  : $-3.0 for ROME.

Rome captured as Prizes 35,500tons.  A futher 9,500 tons is unaccounted for by any party.
A quarter of the Roman prizes were empty.
The Aztec will be assessed : -$0.5 for the shipping, -$0.25 for the cargo, -$0.5 for the insurance rates, : -$1.25 to the AZTEC.

The Caicos ....whoever gets this lovely shell pocked landscape : and $3 to fix the Caicos infrastructure (pretty much wiped out) : -$3.00...payable before any IC development.

The Inca did do overland expansion.
I am a bit overloaded in real life right now,
so I'll work that out after Christmas - the first 6mo is conquest anyhow.
