This is the expansion results.
Sorry it's not in a prettier format.

Conflicts :
Aztec + Japan vs. Maya @ San Diego : Amphibious assault with overwhelming force.
This was diced out last week using my rough sketch of a quick land combat system trying to unify our system with classic wargaming odds and concepts.
Ultimately, the Mayas lost two old small cruisers, and a land + deployment point.  The attackers lost 1.25 land units and .25 deployment units.
They have already started telling that tale - enjoy !

Japan/Decca @ Palau : Deccans find Japanese present, retreat. Cancels Marianas leg of expedition.
Byzantine / Deccan @ Sorong, West Papau New Guinea : Deccans arrive first, are 1/3 unloaded when Byzantines arrive.  Byzantine choice of action.
Wilno/Maya @ St. Augustine : Simultaneous land invasions. Meeting engagements. NPCs will defend when first present, but not initiate, Mayans scowl and retreat. Wilno sends cheery note.

*Not sure I interpreted this correctly, but as it's somewhere no one else can get to, we can correct it later.

**Note : Along the Rio Grande, expansion is now 4 provinces deep, making a full region.
Further expansion "away" from the Homeland will not be possible until that region has at least 1 IC.

Thanks once again for doing this, Kirk.

I will increase references to alcohol in my future news items.

Some interesting moves. Looks like I have some talking to do.
You smug-faced crowds with kindling eye
Who cheer when solider lads march by
Sneak home and pray that you'll never know
The hell where youth and laughter go.

I will not do everything, I limit myself to 3 conquests per HY and then, I await an answer ... On this answer will depend my choices.
The 5th Battle Division accompanied by cruisers and destroyers, based in Port Darwin, is in charge of the conquests.

Ok,
would you like me to revise the map to show just
1) Somalia - > North
2) Mozambique, Maputo - > North
3) Mozambique, Maputo - > Northwest
As mapped ?

For Deccan, it's complicated and I arrive too late, I give up.

Jeftge has pointed out a mistake I made.

He did complete his Port Darwin IC.

Therefore the Byzantine task force departed from there, and reached West Papua New Guinea first.

The Deccans retire when they arrive.

Battleship Mehmed II from the 5th Battle Division, 9th and 10th Divisions of cruisers, along with transports, are engaged in the operation.

Back in town, I see my gamble didn't work out. Australia is getting crowded fast, and I belive the only open ports left are in Alaska and Midway?

Is there a conflict in Mozambique between Rajasthan and Byzantium?

Nope, all land expansion is simulataneous, and have meeting engagements.
NPCs will defend when they arrive first but will not contest in meeting engagements or when the PC has arrived first.

That means... all the conflicts have been sorted out already!
