2 Things:

1)  If you're doing 18in TT (450mm), then you only need 2 tons per torpedo/tube.  So you could add an additional 2 torpedoes.  Or you can upgrade the torps to 21in (533mm) units.

2)  I see you have a 76mm breech-loading gun.  Is this supposed to be some sort of old gun, or is this a typo on an AA mount?

1=> D9 class is a Fleet Destroyer, heavier 533 are chosen, identical to D8 class.
2=> 76.2 is AA gun

From Kaiser
QuoteAs a storyline matter I want more "coast guard" gunboat type ships to patrol my extremely extensive coastlines.
The new Aux patrol sloops will fit nicely in that part of the concept, but are rather light on the gun batteries.
I also want something with "gunboat" in the look, which could credibly be providing needed force if
the new members of the Parthian Empire need further persuading, something needs to back up the Marines.
Alternately, credibly be stopping piracy, slavery etc where they may shoot back.

Byzantine answer
QuoteHowever, ocean-going vessels with respectable performance are needed.
DE or TGB concept is relevant. Byzantium must also replace 500t TGBs built in 1892.
