This is the "Colony Count", showing how many provinces each player has claimed,  and what that means in terms of troops available for expansion.
As always, there are two types of expansion.

Land : Overland from a home province, colonial province with IC, or 1 province away from a Port Symbol you own.  Limited by the number of Land & deployment points you  have free.

Amphibious : Shipping troops over water to capture a port symbol or island chain. 
The number of amphibious attacks and % of your land& deployment points you can use is limited by the Amphibious Tech.

One Amphibious attack can claim multiple provinces near each other.
More than 1 land unit can be assigned to attack 1 province, if you are concerned you may have to fight on arrival.

The spreadsheet I did my count on is attached, and the map will hopefully be the next post - having some connection speed issues this weekend.

1) National holdings at the END of Hy1 1913

- I have added national ownership circles to island groups, including white circles for unowned areas.

-Nigeria : I noted Rocky had expanded overland 2 away from a new Port Symbol, which isn't doable, so I moved his 1913 conquest adjacent to a Port symbol.

2) Revealed Resources at the END of HY1, 1913
This shows the arability below a national cross-hatch.
It also shows Rich or Poor for provinces colonized in HY2 1912 or earlier.
Folks just finished the conquest and are still exploring the Hy1 1913 acquisitions.

-Note : if I fail to hit return when changing colors for countries, I wind up coloring the last province I edited the wrong shade....so if there's an oddity, that's why.

I guess you'll just have to colonize somewhere nice, say with some beaches on the Adriatic or in the Crimea on the lovely Black Sea?

ok have put it on my base copies of the various maps - since it's an uncontested corner, I won't bother reuploading everything
Updated the colony count accordingly.

Good news - you have as many colonies as Parthia !
Bad news - you probably lack the troops to take beaches on both the Adriatic AND Crimea. You'll have to choose.

Crimea seems like the more impractical location, so I'll start there.

And that has been that way for quite a bit it seems.
One of those cases where I changed colors without hitting Return first, and so it changed the last one I did too.
