The Japanese arrive second on day 8, 2 land units. They are escorted by Cebu Escort Force: AC Izumo, SC Yodo x 4, TB Ikazuchi x 12*, ML Tokiwa x 2, Aux Kobayashi Maru x 2, Aux Uji x 4*

The Deccan Sultanates arrive on day 17, 1 land unit, they are escorted by 2x 1907 PCs... they do not contest with the others.

Ahh- I misspoke.
I did a setup for China prior to the War. They have the deployment points to move 5 units, but have the same 3 assault limit. They can however expand on land
Guinness will get to look over what I did and decide if he wants to keep that, or start his NPC from scratch.

Interesting to see New Zealand now being picked apart.  I had actually contemplated coloring it all green in 2/12, but re-directed that activity to Africa instead.

Indonesia outside of Borneo is not too bad yet, Australia on the other hand has 5 different countries on it now.

I had concerns about my own ability to project power into the Pacific, which partially explains why you now own Polynesia.

It's a matter of sailing distance and meant to encourage folks to claim a spot, build it up, then expand from there.

After discussions with Jeftge, a point of confusion has been resolved.
This confusion dates back to the Colony Expansion change and maps.

Jeftge did not expand last turn via water, just overland.
Jefgte did indeed send me a list of future targets, but without dates or escorts.  Some of which are now taken.

That's on me.  I remember there being an issue and I should have followed up and helped Byzantine with the HY2 1912 Expansion.
Had I done so, I think Jefgte would have occupied some of the territories on his list.

MOD Call So I am going to award Byzantine the Solomons and Norfolk Island for HY2 1912 expansion. 

That means Parthia did not take the Solomons this turn, but rather a second province of New Zealand.

For 1913 HY1, I did engage directly, and so we have 3 targets for Byzantine :

Brisbane, Australia
Salvador, Brazil
Walvis Bay, Namibia.

I'm going to fail from time to time, I will try to fix things.
