After seeing some success with experimental airships in Algeria, the Junta del Ejercito has decided to add additional airships and experimental heavier than air craft, as well as continuing research down these paths.  It is hoped that in the vast expanse of the desert border provinces aerial observation could be vital. 

August 1911
The Junta de Marina de Guerra has begun planning the next generation of Imperial warships.

In 1912 the Iberian Navy began an administrative process of reorganization of its fleets and warships. The resulting fleet transfers are effective as of January 1913.
