I'll be honest, I didn't really look at the Town-class. I built off my preexisting Baleares and then looked to the County-class for a few ideas.

Good looking little crusier. Slower than the Parisius Class Cruiser that Rome has built a handful of, but a much heavier gun armament and better armored. Helps lend more weight to the 180mm gun program for new Trade Protection cruisers, as the existing 140s would probably not have an easy time with these ships.
