Old Naval Combat Game

Im looking for an old naval combat PC game. I remember playing it about 12 years ago, right about when Navyfield came out. You would pick your ships and the enemy ships, combat was very simple you picked who targeted who and how fast you wanted to close the range and that was it. The ship library had every historical ship. Anyone remember what I'm talking about?
