Announcement: Moderators

After some discussion with Kirk, I'm going to be stepping down as the head moderator of Navalism. Kirk is as of this time the head mod (which he has defacto been for a while now). I will continue to be available as a resource to him to consult and such. Please ensure he is on any communications he is not already on, and leave me off of any future ones.

This move should have come sooner. Looking forward to getting Rome all caught up and getting back to some writing.

Hey Snip,

I want to recognize and thank you for the work you've put in.
Hopefully you'll now be able to step back and enjoy it.

I also really appreciate that you're around for some oversight.

For my part :
I will do my best.
I will still make errors or calls people do not like.
Please tell me.

I will reconsider, 
I may or may not change the call.
But I will go through the logic process to make sure it is fair and consistent.

This is a cooperative game. My goal is for folks to enjoy it and for it to go smoothly.
Let me know how I can make this better for you all,
I will do what I can within my time constraints.
