A new government with new priorities means more money more shipbuilding.  This includes five fleet support vessels, two protected cruisers, two colonial cruisers, and a big-ass monitor. 

Also of note, the Union is adding some more deployment points/capability.

Investment overseas continues with completion of port facilities along the isthmus and rail construction in Tsenacommacah.
