Ahoj!
You are even bigger than that :)
You have the Transcaucasus.
I think we can reach an agreement about the Amur border.

In the Baltic you have Muhu and Hiuma, but Saremaa is Kievite.
Mon and Dago to you, and Oesel to Kiev - if you prefer the German names. I don't know what Russian usage is.

BTW - was the fate of Kars ever decided?

OK. Make me the board, please. The Russian Empire.

Borys

Ahoj!
OK - Muscovy is yours.
I will PM you your economy.

The naval infrastructure on your lands is "as was".

Add
Nikolaev-na-Amurie
Type 0 Naval base
Type 2 Slip
Type 2 Slip
Type 0 Slip
Type 2 Drydock

Do you have your old tech tree somewhere?

The Lower Amur frontier needs negotiatons :)

yes, I have all data from the old board :)

Walter

I can actually see the attached map here at home... but strangely enough, I couldn't see it on the computer at work...

... one thing, Borys. How can that Type 0 harbour hold four slips and docks when the maximum for that type is two slips and/or docks?
... at least that is how I read it.

Borys

Ahoj!

Magic!
:)
Seriously - not everything fits rules. Nikolaev na Amurie is a commercial, civilian port, which also happens to build warships. Thus it has very limited capacity to service man'o'war. It simply is NOT a naval base, does not stock military stuff like amunition, or have special equipment to change barrel liners, etc.
To sum up, it can build and SLOWLY patch up damaged warships, but it cannot be - at present at least - a base for naval operations. It can suport a couple of river gunboats.
I used to have a port like that - Monfalcone. It has a slip to build cruisers, but nothing apart from that.

Before Russia have lost its Primorye, nobody thinks about Nikolaev-na-Amure as a naval base. It was certainly a commercial port for cabotage steaming. But now great changes will be done to that port... and lot of investments to infrastructure....

Going by the map we have, it's still within the Ottoman border.

Borys

I amended that yesterday - it is where it should (?) be.
Unless those who set up the map for Navalism 2 say it was intentional, I think it should stay there. Few people know/remember that pre-WWI Kars was Russian (not that many people have heard about kars at all). And my assumption is that when drawing the borders, a contemporary map (with Kars in Turkey) was used.

Ahoj!
Groan ... so Kars was intentionaly left in Turkey?
Borys asking in the hope that he will NOT have to redo the map again.
